Reiki Healing
I offer traditional Usui lineage Reiki in studio & riverside, as well as remote virtual sessions. Sessions involve my client lying down in comfort, fully clothed, while I lay hands near or on your body beginning from head to feet. Full sessions are one hour, and include a preliminary consultation & plant medicine recommendation.
20 minute Intro Sessions are available for $33.
Herbal Remedies & Food-as-Medicine
I formulate and create a diverse array of herbal remedies & food-as-medicine. Recent examples of remedies include workshop-made fire cider to ward off flu's; calendula, chamomile, & rose infused vinegar spray for external fungal issues; elderberry cordial for pleasure wellness; and goldenrod honey for allergies. Skincare formulation
I formulate and have a diverse catalog of herbal & nourishing skincare. Recent examples of products include cinnamon-infused serum with jojoba oil, beef tallow & rose essential oil; cinnamon & almond sugar scrub; flower-infused witch hazel & orange blossom water toner; and cayenne-infused oil for pain & hair growth. From groups of older children to elders, for over a a decade I’ve taught groups about commonly found & foraged herbs and how to make them into everyday remedies that can range from pleasure nourishment to potent medicine. Workshop includes Lecture, Remedy instructions, and Herbs Study Guide with monographs, recipes, uses & storage instructions.
Virtual Workshops

I can also curate a workshop experience tailored to your needs, including the option of a video recording or even a Zoom consultation. Private Workshops
Join me one-on-one for a remedy-making consultation, presentation and/or workshop centered around your desires and needs. After we choose which remedies you need and desire, we’ll make the remedies together, and learn about their herbs & methods. I’ll leave you with packaged & labeled finished remedies, with an additional set made in the workshop with accompanying monographs, recipes, uses & storage instructions.
